The X Men moving services is a safe choice when it comes to choosing a moving company. We know that accidents happen, which is why we are always professional, responsive and considerate when handling our customers’ needs. Ahead of your move, we work with you to make sure you understand the risks involved in moving and how to minimize them. If an accident occurs during your move (something we hope doesn’t happen!), we’re fair and transparent about how we handle insurance claims.

Claims process at The X Men
Claims cannot usually be resolved immediately, and it may take some time before the items can be inspected and repaired or replaced. We appreciate your cooperation in this process. What you can expect from us:
1. We take all claims seriously. Our claims team will review your claim and supporting evidence when we receive it, and we will keep you updated on the status of your claim.
2. We will make every effort to resolve your claim promptly, fairly and within the parameters of your policy. We will contact you by email and phone with regular updates as we proceed.
3. We will present you with a fair and considered settlement offer. If accepted, we will compensate you accordingly. If not accepted, we will work with an independent arbitrator where appropriate.
